Lotte GRS opens hansik food court at National Museum of Korea

Lotte GRS announced Monday that it has opened a hansik food court called "Hansik Migwan" at the National Museum of Korea.

Located on the first floor of the museum's west wing exhibition building, Hansik Migwan spans about 912 square meters and seats 310 diners. The food court operates five specialty corners: a bunsik section serving tteokbokki and kimbap, a soup and stew corner featuring traditional hansik broth dishes, an international corner offering Chinese and Western fare, a bibimbap and rice bowl section, and a fried chicken corner.

The interior draws on traditional Korean colors — the green of celadon pottery and the red of dancheong decorative paintwork — to reflect the museum setting. Tableware including brassware bowls and wicker trays adds to the traditional aesthetic. Products from the National Museum of Korea's Mujin shop are also displayed throughout the space to introduce foreign visitors to Korean cultural heritage.

"We will continue to develop differentiated concession models tailored to key locations and strengthen our growth momentum," a Lotte GRS official said.
