Seoul Milk launches milk-flavored shaved ice cup dessert

Seoul Milk Cooperative announced Tuesday the launch of a new cup shaved ice product, Seoul Milk Uyu Bingsu, in a 250-milliliter serving.

The product is a cup-type shaved ice dessert made with raw milk, butter and condensed milk, delivering a rich dairy flavor without requiring consumers to add milk separately. It can also be enjoyed with toppings such as fruit, cereal or jelly.

"We hope everyone enjoys a cool summer with Seoul Milk Uyu Bingsu, which captures the deep flavor of milk backed by our high-quality raw milk," the cooperative's dessert team said.
