bhc, the chicken brand under Dining Brands Group, announced Monday that it opened its 10th US location last month in the food court of H Mart in Irvine, California.
The Irvine store is bhc's second food-court-format location in the United States, following its San Francisco H Mart outlet. The store covers about 33 square meters and uses a counter and kiosk-based ordering system for fast, efficient service.
The menu centers on combo meals featuring wings and tenders, tailored to local consumer preferences, alongside side dishes such as cheese balls and french fries. The store also carries locally adapted items including a crispy bun and sandwiches, as well as Korean-style dishes — kimchi fried rice and ramyun — aimed at customers seeking K-food.
"We will continue to offer bhc's differentiated K-chicken experience to local customers through a variety of store formats that reflect the characteristics of each trade area and customer demand," said Brian Shin, head of bhc's US operations.
