Yuanta Securities Korea to hold investment seminar for retail investors amid market volatility

Yuanta Securities Korea's Financial Center Eunpyeong branch will host an investment seminar for retail investors Thursday, starting at 4 p.m. at C&C Study Cafe on the first below-ground floor of Acroview on Tongillo in Eunpyeong-gu.

Oh Gyeong-taek, head of the Wrap Management Team, will deliver a lecture on "Promising sectors and investment strategies for the second half of 2026."

In July, Yuanta Securities Korea ran a first-session education camp for customers' children that combined AI with finance and economics. Held at the company's human resources development center in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, the camp targeted children of customers in grades four through six of elementary school. Beyond teaching financial and economic literacy through quizzes and board games, it focused on building participants' ability to make independent economic judgments.

The company has also recently added a new feature called "Today's Investment Tarot" to the easy mode of its mobile trading system (MTS) T-Raider M, along with a full overhaul of the easy mode's user interface and experience. The feature lets users pick one of 19 tarot cards each day from the easy mode home screen to receive an investment principle and message to keep in mind for that day.
