Inveni announced Monday it has decided to cancel 1 million treasury shares.
The shares to be retired are valued at 14.23 billion won ($10 million), with the cancellation scheduled for Sept. 11.
The company said the cancellation involves treasury shares acquired within the scope of distributable profits and was approved by a board resolution, adding that only the total number of issued shares will decrease, with no reduction in paid-in capital.
