Gradient announced Monday it has decided to enter into a share buyback trust contract worth 10 billion won ($7.04 million) with NH Investment to stabilize its share price and enhance shareholder value.
The contract runs from Wednesday through Aug. 11, 2027.
The company said it plans to cancel all shares returned in kind upon expiration of the trust contract.
