Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon visited Cheongpa-dong in Yongsan-gu on Tuesday morning to inspect redevelopment project sites in the Segye-Cheongpa-dong area. According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, seven private redevelopment projects — including fast-track integrated planning redevelopment and Moa Town schemes — are underway in the area. Excluding Cheongpa Zone 3, where the unit count has yet to be determined, the remaining six projects are expected to increase housing from 6,393 to 8,088 units.
