Neowiz disclosed Wednesday that it has signed a 5 billion won ($3.53 million) share buyback trust agreement with NH Investment & Securities to acquire treasury shares for cancellation, aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
The contract runs through Feb. 12, 2027.
