Lotte GRS announced Wednesday that Lotte Eatz, its food-ordering app, has undergone a full redesign of its ordering interface, with a focus on simplifying the checkout process and improving navigation so customers can find and select menu items more quickly.
The update consolidates the cart, order summary and payment steps into a single flow, and moves a reorder shortcut for recently purchased items to the app's front page to reduce the number of taps required. A new "Eatz's Pick" feature lets customers place one-click orders using recommended combinations of set menus, drinks and toppings.
The ordering screen now displays dine-in and takeout options upfront, and the layout of category tabs and product listings has been reworked for easier one-handed use. Menu arrangement and option selection have also been refined, and Naver Pay, Toss Pay and other mobile payment methods have been added.
Lotte Eatz lets customers order from Lotteria, Angel-in-us Coffee, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and other dining brands in one place. Since its launch in 2020, the app has accumulated more than 6 million registered members. In May, it received mobile and web accessibility certification.
"This redesign of Lotte Eatz was focused on removing friction for users and making ordering more enjoyable," a Lotte GRS official said. "We will continue to improve our service to raise customer satisfaction and deliver a differentiated experience."
