Hankook & Company disclosed Wednesday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 35.6% year-on-year to 100.15 billion won ($70.8 million).
Revenue for the same period fell 1.2% to 339.57 billion won.
Net profit for the period came to 95.69 billion won, up 69.3%, according to preliminary figures.
