KT&G announced it is accepting applications for its second-half 2026 open recruitment of new and experienced employees.
The recruitment covers three tracks: office-role new hires, field-role new hires and experienced hires. Applications for field-role new hires and experienced hires close Aug. 26, while the office-role new hire track remains open until Sept. 10.
The office track covers business planning, overseas projects, brand, manufacturing, supply chain management and R&D. Applicants must hold a four-year university degree from a domestic or overseas institution, or be on track to graduate by February 2027. A certified English speaking score meeting a minimum threshold is also required.
The field track covers sales and production roles and is open to applicants regardless of educational background or major. Sales-role applicants must hold a Class 2 ordinary driver's license or higher.
The experienced-hire recruitment targets candidates with approximately seven years of relevant experience in quality assurance and management, brand, or overseas market development. The quality assurance and management track requires a background in electrical, electronic, mechanical, materials or industrial engineering.
The selection process proceeds in the following order: document screening, AI video interview, practical interview and executive interview. Final candidates will be announced after a pre-employment health check. All screening is conducted on a blind-review basis and includes an AI competency assessment.
