Padu disclosed Wednesday that it has signed a supply contract for enterprise SSD controllers with an overseas NAND flash memory manufacturer.
The contract is valued at 39.58 billion won ($28 million), equivalent to 42.83 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The agreement runs through Feb. 1, 2027.
The company said it would not disclose the identity of the counterparty, citing a confidentiality request to protect trade secrets.
