Woojin I&S disclosed Friday it has signed a fire facility construction contract with Osan Segyo Art PFV for a mixed-use residential and commercial building in the M1 block of the Osan Segyo District 2 development.
The contract is valued at 22 billion won ($15.5 million), equivalent to 13.38 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs through May 10, 2029.
