A total of 3,788 units will go on pre-sale across the country next week.
According to Real Estate 114, 3,788 units — 2,469 of them for general pre-sale — will launch across five complexes nationwide during the third week of August.
Apartment subscriptions will open at Summit Clavion in Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; Chungjeongno Station Xi Rene in Jungnim-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul; and Doosan We've the Zenith Bucheon in Sosabondong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, among others.
Daewoo Engineering & Construction will pre-sell Summit Clavion, a reconstruction project on the Singil District 10 redevelopment zone at 3590 Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The complex will comprise eight buildings rising from four below-ground floors to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, with 812 units ranging from 44 to 84 square meters in exclusive use area. Of those, 176 units sized between 44 and 59 square meters will be available for general pre-sale.
Sinpung Station on subway Line 7 sits directly in front of the complex, and the Sinansan Line is slated to begin service there. Yeouido and the Seoul Digital National Industrial Complex (G-Valley) are within a roughly 20-minute drive. Nearby schools include Daegil Elementary, Daeyeong Elementary, Middle and High schools, and Yeongsin High School, while Singil Neighborhood Park and Eoulssup Neighborhood Park are also close by.
Chungjeongno Station Xi Rene, supplied by Xi S&D, will rise through an urban renewal redevelopment of Districts 10 and 11 in Mapo-ro Zone 5. The complex will have three buildings running from seven below-ground floors to 25 above-ground floors, with 299 total units ranging from 39 to 84 square meters, of which 186 are for general pre-sale. The development sits in a prime transit-oriented location with a direct underground connection to Chungjeongno Station, served by subway Lines 2 and 5.
Doosan We've the Zenith Bucheon is a redevelopment of the Sosabondong District 1-1 zone by a consortium of Doosan Engineering & Construction and Ssangyong E&C. The complex will consist of seven buildings ranging from eight below-ground floors to a maximum of 49 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,008 units — 1,728 apartments and 280 residential officetel units. General pre-sale covers 1,158 apartments and 261 officetel units. The site offers a dual transit-oriented location with walking access to both Line 1 and the West Coast Line.
Model homes will open at five locations, including KGM The Platinum Seodaemun in Hongeun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; Onam Station Seoheui Star Hills Yeoui Jae (Complex 1) in Onam-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province; and Geomam Station Prugio Prabenue (public pre-sale) in Geomam-dong, Seohaegu, Incheon.
