Lotte Department Store partners with SC First Bank to offer premium services

Lotte Department Store announced Tuesday it is launching a range of partnership services with SC First Bank, including asset management programs and access to exclusive lounges.

Under an MOU signed in May, the two companies began offering linked premium benefits on Aug. 12 to top customers of Lotte's Avenuel luxury brand and SC First Bank's premier private banking clients.

Lotte is giving select Avenuel customers the opportunity to experience SC First Bank's private banking services. Tailored asset management programs — covering private wealth consultations, inheritance and gift planning, business succession planning, and preferential financial benefits — will be offered based on each customer's asset size and needs. Participants will also be able to attend VIP wealth management seminars and other premium financial events hosted at SC First Bank's private banking centers.

SC First Bank's top customers, meanwhile, will gain access to Avenuel's shopping services. A curated selection of the bank's premier private banking clients will receive premium shopping benefits, including access to Avenuel's exclusive lounge, valet parking and shopping discounts. Lotte also plans to introduce its shopping benefits to SC First Bank's high-value overseas customers, expanding touchpoints with VIP clientele.
