Mini Korea opens pre-orders for The Mini Cooper Paul Smith Edition in 3 variants

Mini Korea announced Tuesday that it is accepting pre-orders through the Mini Shop Online for The Mini Cooper Paul Smith Edition, which is set for an official launch in October.

The Mini Cooper Paul Smith Edition reflects the long creative partnership between the two brands, applying Paul Smith's distinctive sensibility consistently across three body styles: The Mini Cooper C 3-Door, The Mini Cooper C 5-Door and The Mini Cooper Convertible C.

Three exterior colors are available: Midnight Black, Statement Grey and Inspired White.

On The Mini Cooper C 3-Door and 5-Door, the exclusive color Nottingham Green — inspired by Paul Smith's hometown of Nottingham — is applied to the roof and side mirror caps for a vivid contrast. Paul Smith's Signature Stripe is added as a refined design accent behind the driver-side B-pillar.

On The Mini Cooper Convertible C, Nottingham Green side mirror caps are paired with a black soft top, further accentuating the open-top silhouette.

All three models feature Nottingham Green on the octagonal radiator grille surround and wheel hub caps, complemented by a dark steel Mini emblem and 18-inch Night Flash Spoke Black lightweight wheels to reinforce the edition's distinctive character. Paul Smith lettering is engraved on the wheel hub caps and tailgate handle, and a signature projection casts the word "hello" on the ground when a door is opened.

Inside, all three models share Paul Smith Edition-exclusive seats combining Vescin and knit materials. The Signature Stripe across the upper seat continues onto the Shadow Black dashboard and steering wheel strap.

In addition, the door sills are engraved with the phrase "Every day is a new beginning!" in Paul Smith's distinctive font, while the floor mats feature the "Paul's Rabbit" graphic. A Paul Smith-exclusive Personal Mode wallpaper on the circular center display and a dedicated Mini app theme add further distinction.

All three variants deliver Mini's characteristic agile performance, powered by a Mini TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder gasoline engine producing 163 horsepower and 25.5 kilogram-meters of torque, paired with a Steptronic seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The Mini Cooper Paul Smith Edition will be limited to 150 units when it officially launches in October. Among customers who complete a pre-order purchase and take delivery of their vehicle, the first 50 to receive their cars will receive a Paul Smith Boston bag.

Prices, including VAT, are 44.2 million to 45 million won ($31,800) for The Mini Cooper C 3-Door Paul Smith Edition, 45.7 million to 46.5 million won for The Mini Cooper C 5-Door Paul Smith Edition, and 50 million to 50.7 million won for The Mini Cooper Convertible C Paul Smith Edition.

Mini Korea is rolling out a total of 11 new editions this year across three themes under its new brand strategy, "Customization 2.0." The Paul Smith Edition is the first entry in the "Iconic Heritage" lineup, which reinterprets the brand's legacy through a contemporary lens.

Meanwhile, Mini Korea is running its "Mini Homecoming Week" campaign through Oct. 2 at authorized Mini service centers nationwide, offering benefits including complimentary vehicle inspections and discounts on paid repairs.
