Baskin-Robbins announced Wednesday it is launching a new ice cream flavor, Biscoff Espresso Crunch, alongside a lineup of products showcasing crispy and chewy textures.
The new Biscoff Espresso Crunch layers espresso and cream ice cream with Biscoff cookies and a kadaif ribbon, blending coffee flavor with the nuttiness of the cookie and the crunch of the kadaif. Also returning to shelves is a re-released Dubai-inspired flavor that reinterprets a Time Out Dubai-style dessert as ice cream, featuring a kadaif ribbon and chocolate chewball pieces.
The brand is also rolling out a cake and dessert lineup. The Biscoff Espresso & Caramel cake adds Biscoff cookies, cookie crumble and caramel syrup to an ice cream cake base. The Ice Brown Cookie Milk Sand tucks a milky filling between brown cookies, while the Espresso Cookie Crunch Mochi pairs coffee flavor and a brown cookie kadaif ribbon inside a mochi shell.
"We focused on the crispy and chewy textures that cookies and kadaif provide when developing these new products," a Baskin-Robbins official said. "We hope customers enjoy a different kind of chewing experience with each ice cream, cake and dessert."
