Katseye tops Billboard 200 with third mini-album 'WILD'

Katseye, a girl group formed through a joint venture between Hybe and Geffen Records, has reached the top of a major US album chart.

Billboard announced Saturday in a chart preview that Katseye's third mini-album "WILD" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the outlet's main album chart.

It marks the first time Katseye, who debuted in 2024, has topped the chart. The group edged out Phoebe Bridgers' "LOST WEEKEND" and Stray Kids' "THIS & THAT," among others, to claim the top spot.

Katseye had earlier reached No. 2 on the UK Official Charts' album chart.
