Zeekr Korea said Tuesday it held a "Community Day" event to share the brand's philosophy with Korean customers and exchange ideas on how to develop it together.
The event took place Saturday at Anhaven in Gangnam, Seoul, with 20 prospective buyers of the 7X who had signed up through Zeekr Korea's official website. Participants spent time exchanging information and opinions about Zeekr and the 7X.
The program consisted of a customer participation session focused on sharing ideas and direction for the Zeekr community in Korea, a private dining experience, and community networking.
The company said the customer participation session — in which attendees freely shared views on how to run the Zeekr community in Korea — drew particularly positive feedback. Direct exchanges with Zeekr headquarters staff sparked lively discussion on how to introduce and establish the brand in the Korean market, with a wide range of opinions gathered.
"Through the Zeekr Community Day, we were able to confirm the strong interest, passion and anticipation that Korean customers have for Zeekr and the 7X," a Zeekr Korea official said. "We plan to continue creating various opportunities for direct and indirect communication with customers, so that we can build the right image of the Zeekr brand for the Korean market together."
Zeekr Korea currently sells the 7X in three trims — Pro, Max and Ultra — priced at 52.99 million won ($38,300), 59.99 million won and 69.99 million won, respectively. The company also plans to expand its network to 14 locations by the end of the year to broaden customer touchpoints, and has established 11 service centers nationwide, including on Jeju Island, to ensure reliable after-sales service.
Meanwhile, Zeekr Korea is running a pop-up store at the Central Atrium of Starfield Hanam from Friday through Sept. 5 as part of ongoing marketing efforts to reach more customers.
