Chosun Hotels & Resorts obtains information security certification

Chosun Hotels & Resorts said it obtained the Information Security Management System certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency on Aug. 19.

The ISMS certification evaluates whether a company has established and operates an information security management system along with technical and administrative protective measures. The certification is valid for three years, from Aug. 19, 2026, to Aug. 18, 2029.

The certification covers the company's proprietary hotel brands Grand Josun Busan and Grand Josun Jeju, its restaurants Homurang, Mott 32 Seoul, Hogyeongjeon and Jaju Table, its golf courses Jayu Country Club and Trinity Club, and its leisure facilities Aquafield, Concorde and TGX. The company's official online store, Josun Taste & Style, is also included in the scope of the certification.

"We will continue to upgrade our information security management system so that customers can use our services with greater peace of mind," a Chosun Hotels & Resorts official said.
