Dealership adopts BMW Group's latest showroom concept, 'Retail Next'
BMW M gets dedicated space for luxury-class lineup
Kolon Motors, an official BMW Group Korea dealer, announced Friday that it has renovated its BMW showroom in Bundang.
The BMW Bundang showroom, located in Bundang-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, is a five-story building with a total floor area of 2,778 square meters. The renovation introduced BMW Group's latest showroom concept, Retail Next, creating a more customer-friendly and sophisticated atmosphere.
The showroom on the first and second floors displays 11 of the latest BMW models. A dedicated "BMW M Zone" lets visitors focus on the brand's high-performance lineup, while a separate space for luxury-class models offers a more immersive look at various premium vehicles. The third floor houses a MINI showroom, allowing customers to explore BMW and MINI models under one roof.
The dealership also expanded its consultation and vehicle delivery spaces. Four consultation rooms — two each on the first and second floors — offer a more comfortable and pleasant setting for customers, while a dedicated "handover zone" provides a special delivery experience for those picking up new vehicles.
The BMW Bundang showroom is about a 10-minute drive from the Pangyo interchange on the Gyeongbu Expressway, making it easily accessible from Seongnam, the Gangnam area of Seoul, and southern Gyeonggi Province. It is also near urban green spaces such as Yuldong Park and Bundang Central Park, allowing customers to test-drive vehicles in a pleasant setting.
Meanwhile, Kolon Motors has continued various marketing efforts to expand its customer reach, recently naming Samsung Lions baseball player Kim Ji-chan as a brand ambassador for MINI.
