Sports brand UFC Sport is set to release two collections in quick succession: "Tuhon 2" and a collaboration with the Rolling Stones.
UFC Sport said Monday it will drop "Tuhon 2," created with up-and-coming UFC fighter Yoo Ju-sang, as a limited release on its own online store and on the trend-product platform KREAM.
UFC Sport holds an official licensing agreement with the US-based UFC. "Tuhon 2" is the follow-up to the first "Tuhon" collection, which sold out entirely. The brand said the new release was designed to capture fan attention and support ahead of Yoo's scheduled bout on Sept. 20.
The brand said it will then exclusively launch the Rolling Stones collaboration collection on Musinsa on Thursday, with sales at major brick-and-mortar stores beginning the same day.
The collection blends the Rolling Stones' iconic visuals and vintage rock aesthetic with UFC Sport's athletic sensibility, combining UFC's intense sports heritage with music and street fashion to present a new side of the brand.
"We will continue to strengthen our brand competitiveness through collaborations with diverse cultural content — including music and fashion — while maintaining the athlete- and sport-based identity that defines UFC Sport," a brand official said.
