The Seoul Kkumsaekim Board on the outer wall of Seoul Library in Jung-gu was decorated with a chuseok greeting Monday morning. The display features Haechi and Seoul Friends gazing at a full moon and the Seoul Moon against a backdrop of the Han River at night.
