Seoul city buses are operating normally Wednesday.
The Seoul City Bus Workers' Union voted in the early hours of Wednesday to accept a mediation proposal from the Seoul Regional Labor Relations Commission, withdrawing its plan to launch a full strike beginning with the first buses of the day.
