IPark Hyundai Development shares chuseok rice cakes with Nowon-gu community

IPark Hyundai Development announced Wednesday that it had carried out a series of community outreach activities in Nowon-gu ahead of the chuseok holiday.

The company joined the Nowon-gu Volunteer Center for a chuseok rice-cake sharing event, then visited Nowon No. 1 Community Welfare Center to serve meals and present a donation to elderly residents in the area.

The morning rice-cake sharing event was held in the multipurpose hall of the Nowon-gu Public Health Center and brought together about 20 Nowon-gu volunteer camp leaders, along with Jung Myung-jin, director of Nowon No. 1 Community Welfare Center, Shin Wang-seop, general manager of IPark Hyundai Development, and Jung Gwang-jae, project director of the company's urban renewal bidding team.

The afternoon event at Nowon No. 1 Community Welfare Center was attended by Kang Hyun-suk, director of the Nowon-gu Volunteer Center, as well as Shin and Jung Gwang-jae.

"We organized a range of sharing activities in Nowon-gu to exchange warm feelings with our neighbors in the community during chuseok," a company official said. "We will continue to communicate consistently with the community, carry out social contribution activities that provide real help to residents, and spread a culture of sharing together with the community."

Nowon-gu's Wolgye-dong is the site of IPark Hyundai Development's Seoul One I'Park project. The company has been conducting a variety of community-oriented social contribution activities centered on Nowon-gu. This year, new employees made snacks by hand and delivered them to children's and youth organizations in the district; the company also organized plogging and underwater cleanup activities along the Jungnangcheon stream.

Meanwhile, the company changed its name from Hyundai Development to IPark Hyundai Development in March and has been working to strengthen its residential brand. Its Iksan Busong I'Park project recently received the top residential culture service award at The Herald Business's "Home I Want to Live In 2026" ceremony.
