Man defecates behind store during business hours, flees scene

Footage of a man defecating behind a store during business hours and walking away has sparked public outrage after it was shared online.

A viewer-submitted video was recently aired on JTBC's "Sageon Banjang," a crime and incident news program.

In the clip, a man is seen pacing nervously near a store before moving to the back of the building, where he pulls down his pants beside an outdoor air conditioning unit.

After glancing around, the man appears to relieve himself, then stands up and walks away.

As he leaves, a strip of toilet paper can be seen dangling from the back of his pants like a tail.

The store owner who submitted the footage said an unusual smell inside the store initially led them to suspect a drainage problem. Upon investigation, however, they realized it was not a plumbing issue and traced the smell to the man's actions.

Attorney Park Ji-hoon expressed disbelief, saying he could not understand why the man would do such a thing behind the store when accessible restrooms were nearby.
