Foreign Minister Cho Hyun departed Thursday from Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport for Washington, D.C., ahead of a bilateral foreign ministers' meeting. Cho is set to meet with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington on Friday, with the two countries expected to discuss a wide range of issues including South Korea-US relations, Korean Peninsula matters, and regional and global affairs.
