Foreign Minister Cho Hyun departed Thursday from Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport, heading to Washington, D.C., to attend a South Korea-US foreign ministers' meeting. Cho is set to hold talks with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington on Friday, with the two countries expected to discuss a wide range of issues, including bilateral relations, Korean Peninsula matters, and regional and global affairs.
