IPark Hyundai Development announced Tuesday it has signed a contract worth 569.96 billion won ($412 million) for the reconstruction of the Hyundai apartment district in Gwanyang-dong.
The contract value represents 13.7 percent of the company's 2025 sales, and the project period runs 42 months from the ground-breaking date.
