The North Gyeongsang Provincial Office of Education announced Wednesday that it has published a college admissions interview review guide for the 2026 academic year.
The guide compiles interview information and case studies from students who took part in actual college admissions interviews, organized by university, to help applicants prepare and support schools in providing tailored college counseling.
A total of 103 high schools across the province contributed to the publication, which covers interview details by admissions track at 127 universities nationwide and includes more than 1,590 real interview cases.
The guide goes beyond listing interview procedures and time allotments for each university and admissions type. It also includes actual questions and answers from interviews, along with tips and preparation strategies shared by students who went through the process.
To improve usability, the guide is divided into two volumes. The first covers universities in the Daegu and North Gyeongsang region, as well as education and specialized universities, while the second contains interview reviews from institutions in the Greater Seoul area and other regions.
North Gyeongsang Superintendent of Education Im Jong-sik said the office would continue to strengthen tailored college admissions support "so that more students can prepare for interviews systematically within their schools and fully demonstrate their abilities."
