Professional billiards' PBA-LPBA Tour is set to return with its fourth tournament of the season after a two-month break.
The PBA announced that the 2026-2027 season's Tour 4, the Crown Haitai PBA-LPBA Championship, will be held from Oct. 4 through Oct. 12 — nine days in total — at the PBA Stadium in Kintex, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
The event is the first individual tour since Tour 3, the SY PBA-LPBA Championship, held roughly two months ago. In the interim, the PBA Team League's second and third rounds took place.
Attention will focus on whether yet another first-time champion will be crowned. In Tour 3, both the men's and women's divisions produced maiden winners.
On the men's side, Nguyen Tran Thanh Tao of Vietnam defeated Semi Sayginer of Turkey, who plays for Welcome Savings Bank, in the final to claim the title in just his second PBA event. On the women's side, Park Jeong-hyeon of Harim — a protégé of Kim Ga-young — beat Kang Yu-jin to become the 17th different champion in LPBA history.
The tournament opens Oct. 4 with the LPBA qualifying round at 11 a.m., followed by the LPBA round of 128 at 4:20 p.m. The official opening ceremony is scheduled for Oct. 6 at 12:30 p.m.
The LPBA final will be held Oct. 11 at 9:30 p.m., and the PBA final will close out the event on Oct. 12 at 9 p.m. The PBA winner's prize is 100 million won ($73,500), while the LPBA winner takes home 40 million won.
