Im Young-woong surpasses 14.6 billion streams on Melon

Top singer Im Young-woong continues to set records on the music streaming platform Melon.

According to Melon's Hall of Fame artist rankings, Im has surpassed 14.6 billion cumulative streams on the platform as of Tuesday.

He is consistently breaking his own records across both solo and group categories. Im became the first solo artist — and the fastest of any act — to surpass 10 billion cumulative streams on Melon, earning a spot in the platform's Diamond Club, and has continued to show his strength on the charts since.

His latest release is also making a strong showing. Every track on his special digital album "IM HERO 10," released Sept. 8, charted on Melon, sweeping both the Top 100 and Hot 100.

The album contains 10 songs in total, including six new tracks, his debut song "Miwoyo" and a remake of his signature hit "Sarangeun Neul Domangga."
