Vibe-coding program trains all staff to build AI agents
Four-week course targets workplace productivity through hands-on tasks
SK AX has unveiled an education program that allows people without coding knowledge to build AI agents, with the aim of raising company-wide AI proficiency and boosting workplace productivity.
SK AX on Thursday said it launched AI Bootcamp Vibe, a training program that enables employees to develop AI agents through vibe coding.
Vibe coding refers to a method in which a user describes a desired function in plain language and generative AI writes the underlying code to build the program. The approach extends AI agent development beyond dedicated engineering teams to staff in all functions — including human resources, planning, marketing and sales.
SK AX said it developed the program to support a company-wide AI transformation, or AX, by bringing all employees up to a consistent level of AI agent capability.
The company highlighted the program's practical, hands-on structure as a key strength. Over four weeks, participants learn how to design AI agents through lectures on the bootcamp platform and can immediately build agents applicable to their own work.
The entire curriculum runs on an AI-driven system, which SK AX said removes the burden on companies that lack the resources to conduct training and assessments. Each participant is assigned a dedicated AI agent that acts as a personal mentor, guiding them through requirements via a chat interface and letting them preview results in real time. The AI mentor also tracks each learner's progress, comprehension and error patterns to tailor its guidance accordingly.
Participants can also analyze their actual work to identify tasks suitable for AI agents and then develop solutions for them. The process involves mapping out workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies and selecting tasks where AI is likely to have the greatest impact.
The AI agents built through the program can also be integrated with corporate systems. Using Context Operator, a separate service offered by SK AX, employees can connect their custom-built AI agents to internal email, data-sharing tools and storage systems.
SK AX said the addition of AI Bootcamp Vibe has strengthened its broader AI Talent Lab curriculum. The AI Talent Lab now comprises three tracks: AI Literacy, which assesses AI comprehension and execution skills; AI Bootcamp, an advanced course for developers; and AI Bootcamp Vibe.
"True AI augmentation means frontline workers who know their jobs best are the ones designing, building and using the AI agents they need," said Kim Min-hwan, head of HRX promotion at SK AX. "We will work to build an AX innovation ecosystem where AI-driven innovation takes root as a corporate culture across every part of the organization."
