Five in-house brands to open in stages
Food and beverage lineup targets domestic and international guests
Hansik and Asian casual dining take center stage
Inspire Entertainment Resort has overhauled its food court, introducing a lineup of in-house dining brands to strengthen its food and beverage offerings. The resort plans to expand casual meal options by centering the new concept on Korean and Asian menus of its own design.
Inspire Entertainment Resort announced Thursday that it has remodeled its food court, Oasis Gourmet Village, into a casual dining space focused on hansik and Asian cuisine, with a full opening set for Saturday.
The revamp will debut five in-house casual dining brands operated directly by Inspire: two Korean, one Chinese, one Japanese and one Italian.
Two of the brands began service Thursday — Chusu Sotbap, a hansik stone-pot rice restaurant, and Pizza Piazza, an Italian pizza specialist. Chusu Sotbap serves dishes including premium Korean beef stone-pot rice, scallop stone-pot rice and charcoal-grilled spicy pork stone-pot rice, while Pizza Piazza offers seafood pizza, steak pizza and baked cheese meat pasta.
Chinese restaurant Hongmiru joins the lineup Friday, leading with jjamppong, yuni jjajangmyeon and sweet-and-sour pork. All five outlets will be open from Saturday, the grand opening day, including broth-dish specialist Jinji and Japanese restaurant Tonton-ya. Jinji will serve Korean beef soup, Korean beef and abalone seaweed soup, and pork kimchi stew, while Tonton-ya will offer crowd-pleasing staples such as tonkatsu and tonkotsu ramen.
The resort has also planned a series of opening events. On Saturday and Sunday — the grand opening weekend, which coincides with EDC Korea 2026 being held at Inspire — the food court will host in-store DJ performances at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., alongside a booth serving yeonmaek, a mix of Yantai Gaoliang liquor and beer. From Oct. 9 through Oct. 11, customers who spend 30,000 won ($22) or more will be entered into a prize draw. Throughout October, Inspire will also run a social media campaign to promote Oasis Gourmet Village.
"This renewal of Oasis Gourmet Village is about reorganizing the brand lineup and operations so that customers can more comfortably enjoy the menus they know and love," an Inspire official said. "By strengthening our hansik options and running the brands in-house, we will raise the consistency of our menu and service, and develop this into a casual dining space that both domestic and international customers can visit without hesitation."
