Pyeongsan Investment and Development, the operator of Pristine Valley Golf Club, is entering the Vietnamese golf course management market.
The company signed a management agreement with KN Cam Ranh and Caragolf for KN Golf Links at KN Holdings' headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on Sept. 28, it announced Tuesday. The contract runs for 15 years, with operations set to begin in January 2027 following a preparation and handover period.
KN Golf Links is a 27-hole course in the Bai Dai area of Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, which opened in 2018. It comprises an 18-hole links course and a 9-hole oasis course, with the main links course designed by Greg Norman. The course is about a five-minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport.
Drawing on its golf course management experience at home and abroad, Pyeongsan Investment and Development will oversee operations, marketing and customer service at KN Golf Links. The company also plans to develop stay-and-golf packages to attract Korean tourists, as well as corporate and group golf programs.
The company currently operates the 18-hole, membership-based Pristine Valley Golf Club in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province. Overseas, it previously managed the 27-hole Union Ace Golf Club in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, from 2003 to 2008.
