Golfzon China, the Chinese subsidiary of Golfzon, announced Wednesday that it has signed MOUs with SBS Golf and Japanese golf channel Golf Network to broadcast the finals of the 2026 Golfzon China Open live.

Golfzon China held separate signing ceremonies — with SBS Golf at Golfzon Tower Seoul on Sept. 8, and with Golf Network in Tokyo the following day. Under the agreements, the tournament finals will be broadcast live on SBS Golf, Golfzon's YouTube channel, Screen Golfzon TV and Golf Network in Japan.

The Golfzon China Open was launched in 2022 to expand the screen golf market in China. This year's purse is 20 million yuan ($2.98 million), double last year's figure, with a winner's prize of 5 million yuan.

The finals will run Dec. 17-20 at Golfzon City Golf China's third location, in Chengdu. A field of 170 professional and amateur golfers will compete, having qualified through regional rounds across South Korea, China, Asia, the Americas and Europe.

In China, tournament content will be available through online platforms including Migu, Sina, Youku and iQIYI.
