A man and two women caught spinning a convertible in circles in a Jeju campsite parking lot have sparked public outrage.
Footage filmed at a campsite parking lot in Jeju aired Tuesday on JTBC's "Sageon Banjang," a crime and incident news program.
The video shows a convertible moving at high speed inside the parking lot, repeatedly spinning in circles.
After completing one rotation, the vehicle continued the same maneuver. A check of the license plate revealed it was a rental car.
Other vehicles were present in the area at the time. The footage also captured a black car entering the parking lot, which briefly appeared to hesitate as the convertible sped past.
According to the person who submitted the footage, the driver was a man believed to be in his 20s, accompanied by two women. The women were reportedly filming the stunt as it unfolded.
The tipster said the location was not an empty lot but an active campsite with other guests present, raising concerns about noise from the high-speed spinning and the risk of a collision with other vehicles or people.
However, it could not be confirmed from the footage and account aired in the broadcast whether any actual accident occurred.
