Campaign to continue in relay fashion through Oct. 30, reaching Cheongna office
Hana Financial Group announced Wednesday that it is holding a "Love and Sharing Blood Donation Campaign" for employees across its affiliates, as part of its efforts to promote respect for life and foster a culture of blood donation.
The group holds blood donation campaigns twice a year, in the first and second halves. The campaign kicked off Tuesday at its Myeong-dong and Gangnam offices, continues Wednesday at the Yeouido office, and will wrap up Oct. 30 at the Cheongna office.
A mobile blood donation vehicle will be stationed at each office to allow employees to donate conveniently during working hours.
In addition to walk-in registration, employees can sign up in advance to reduce wait times. Participants will receive a blood donation certificate and a small commemorative gift to encourage voluntary participation.
Hana Financial Group also launched the eighth session of its in-house sign language education program for employees last month.
"We hope that the small gestures and warm hearts of our employees will bring precious hope to patients in need of blood," a Hana Financial Group official said. "We will continue to practice ESG management that upholds the value of respect for life and promotes coexistence with local communities through sincere corporate social responsibility activities."
