NEV sales up 12.6% year-on-year, accounting for 59.7% of total sales
Zeekr deliveries more than double, surging 101% from a year earlier
Geely Holding Group, the parent company of Zeekr, announced Wednesday that it sold 3,002,640 vehicles in the first three quarters of 2026, setting an all-time record for the period.
New energy vehicle (NEV) sales rose 12.6% year-on-year to 1,792,617 units, accounting for 59.7% of total sales.
Zeekr, one of the group's flagship brands, delivered 288,404 vehicles in the first nine months of the year, more than doubling its year-earlier figure with a 101% increase. The brand delivered 178,370 units in the first half of 2026 and added another 110,034 in the third quarter alone, pushing its cumulative global deliveries past 900,000 units this year.
Geely Automobile sold 2,235,481 vehicles over the nine-month period, up 3% year-on-year and also a record for the period. NEV sales climbed 14% to 1,326,364 units, representing 59.3% of total sales. Overseas sales surged 169% year-on-year to 797,670 units. September overseas sales reached 106,685 units, marking the fourth consecutive month that monthly overseas sales exceeded 100,000 units.
Lynk & Co sold 196,117 vehicles through the third quarter, with NEVs accounting for 71.5% of that total.
Geely Holding Group CEO Andy An said selling more than 3 million vehicles in nine months is "an important milestone for the group," but stressed that scaling up is not an end in itself. "Going forward, we will leverage advanced technology and localized operational capabilities to ensure that every brand within the group can meet the needs of customers around the world and build sustained growth," he said.
Marking its 40th anniversary, Geely Holding Group said it is focused on building research, technology and engineering capabilities to help its independently operated brands innovate and compete in markets worldwide.
The group has also been making its mark in motorsports. In May, Geely Group Motorsports, the group's racing arm, claimed its first victory of the 2026 season at the TCR World Tour.
