Hite Jinro donated Kia Ray vehicles to 10 social welfare organizations nationwide at a ceremony held Tuesday at its Seocho-gu office in Seoul.

The company provided 11 vehicles this year, including Kia Carnival minivans, bringing cumulative donations to 102 vehicles since the program launched in 2015. The initiative aims to improve mobility for vulnerable people who have difficulty getting around and to help social welfare organizations deliver their services. It is funded through contributions from Hite Jinro, Hitejinro Holdings and players who participate in the Hite Jinro Championship.

CEO Jang In-seop attended the ceremony alongside representatives and officials from the 10 recipient organizations. "I hope the vehicles delivered today will make a real difference in reducing transportation difficulties for vulnerable people and expanding the reach of social welfare workers in the field," Jang said.
