Combined weight under 1 kg: Helinox launches ultralight collection for backpackers and travelers

An ultralight outdoor gear set combining a chair, table and storage bag — all weighing less than 1 kilogram together — has hit the market. The reduced weight and bulk are expected to ease the load for backpackers and long-distance hikers while improving comfort during outdoor rest stops.

Outdoor brand Helinox announced Monday it is releasing a limited-edition ultralight collection, "ACG x Helinox," developed in collaboration with ACG, Nike's outdoor performance brand.

The collection combines Helinox's lightweight technology with ACG's design sensibility. ACG, Nike's outdoor brand, has collaborated with Helinox since 2018.

The collection comprises three items — the Chair Zero LT, the Table Zero LT and the Camp Sack — all rendered in ACG's signature orange. The Chair Zero LT and Table Zero LT are based on models that won the Red Dot Design Award 2026.

The Chair Zero LT and Table Zero LT weigh 534 grams and 254 grams packed, respectively, and support loads of up to 120 kilograms and 10 kilograms. Both products feature a DAC aluminum alloy frame and Helinox's Ghost Grid fabric. The Table Zero LT is the lightest table in the Helinox lineup.

The Camp Sack is a 17-liter storage bag weighing 134 grams packed. Made from Bluesign-certified nylon ripstop fabric, it folds flat for easy carrying when not in use and features two exterior pockets.

The ACG x Helinox collection goes on sale Monday through Helinox's official online store and its Helinox Creative Centers in Seoul, Busan and Jeju.
