25 luxury-class vehicles deployed, including 7 Series and X7
Fleet handles airport transfers and venue transport for delegates
BMW Korea served as the official mobility partner for the Asia Pacific Conference 2026 (APK), held from Thursday to Saturday at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, providing the event's official motorcade vehicles, the company said Tuesday.
BMW Korea deployed 25 luxury-class vehicles — including the 7 Series and X7 — for the conference. The fleet transported key attendees between the airport and the venue, as well as between the main conference hall and dinner venues.
The Asia Pacific Conference brings together business leaders and policymakers from Germany and the Asia-Pacific region to discuss economic cooperation and ways to expand partnerships. Held biennially in the Asia-Pacific region since 1986, this year's 19th edition in Seoul focused on technology innovation and sustainable economic growth. German Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Prime Minister Han Seong-sook were among the attendees.
BMW Korea described the 7 Series, used as a motorcade vehicle, as its flagship sedan, and the X7 as its flagship Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV). The company said the 7 Series combines premium design, advanced technology and a spacious interior, offering a comfortable ride even on long journeys. The X7, it added, delivers ample interior space and versatility alongside driving performance and ride comfort.
BMW Korea also operates the BMW Excellence Club, a membership service for customers who own its top-tier luxury-class vehicles. Members receive invitations to events including VIP access to the Cannes Film Festival and the BMW Ladies Championship, along with a monthly curated program called "Curation by Excellence" featuring golf lessons, art exhibitions, whisky classes and wellness experiences. Vehicle-related perks include an airport service, a Jeju luxury-class rental car service and a loaner car service.
