HDC disclosed Thursday that its third-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 42.7 percent from a year earlier to 280.04 billion won ($209 million).
Revenue for the same period fell 6.1 percent to 1.71 trillion won.
Net profit for the period came to 182.16 billion won, up 55.8 percent, according to preliminary figures.
