[BREAKING] Gap between Jung and Oh narrows to 0.86 percentage points

As of 5:40 a.m., Democratic Party of Korea's Seoul mayoral candidate Jung Won-oh had received 49.07 percent of the vote against People Power Party candidate Oh Se-hoon's 48.21 percent, according to the National Election Commission. Vote counting stood at 86.24 percent complete.
