Samsung Heavy Industries disclosed the signing of a contract with a shipowner in Oceania for one liquefied natural gas carrier, according to a regulatory filing Monday.
The contract is valued at 385.5 billion won (approximately $250 million), equivalent to 3.6 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs through Jan. 8, 2029.
