Hyundai E&C disclosed Monday it has signed a contract with Songpa Biz Cluster PFV for the construction of mixed-use lots 2BL and 3BL in the Bokjeong transit-oriented area of Wirye new town.
The contract is valued at 3.0394 trillion won (approximately $1.97 billion), equivalent to 9.8 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract runs through Jan. 14, 2031.
