Coupang Fulfillment Services (CFS) said it successfully wrapped up its "CFS Hiring Festa," held June 23 at Inha Technical College.
The job fair drew more than 550 job seekers, including college students, homemakers and middle-aged workers. Open positions included center recruiters, forklift and order-picker operators, and logistics floor workers and supervisors.
The biggest draw was the company's "customized flexible contract" model. In addition to the standard five-day, full-time schedule, CFS offers a range of work arrangements — four-hour shifts, three-day workweeks and weekend-only positions.
"We will expand our flexible hiring model to create more opportunities for people to work in a stable environment," said Park Soo-hyun, CFS chief human resources officer.
