Lotte Department Store announced Wednesday that its Daegu and Sangin branches will hold a "2026 Summer Sale" from Friday through July 12.
The Daegu branch will feature a large-scale sportswear event targeting customers who enjoy outdoor activities such as vacationing and exercise during the summer.
From July 3 to 9, a "Prospecs Special Exhibition" will be held at a pop-up venue on the second below-ground floor, showcasing popular summer products including women's walking shoes (29,000 won, about $19) and round-neck T-shirts (19,000 won).
The Sangin branch has expanded its lineup of living and fashion accessory events to meet higher summer demand.
A "Hazzys Home Special Exhibition" focused on cooling fabrics for tropical nights will run at a pop-up space on the fourth floor, while a "Ballyset Brand Exhibition" on the first below-ground floor will present bags and handbags suited for summer outings.
A separate "Sambok Summer Heat Special Exhibition" will also run at the first below-ground floor pop-up space from July 10 to 16, timed to coincide with the first of the three hottest periods on the traditional Korean lunar calendar.
Both branches have prepared purchase incentives for shoppers.
During the "Golden Dew Founding Anniversary Event" from Friday through July 5, customers who buy from the brand will receive Lotte Mobile gift vouchers worth 7 percent of their purchase amount.
At the Sangin branch, customers who buy women's fashion or footwear products during the same period will receive additional Lotte Mobile gift vouchers worth up to 10 percent of their purchase.
"We will help customers prepare for summer in a cool and value-conscious way through a variety of events running through the sale period and all the way to the first dog day," said Yoo Hyeon-gwon, store manager of Lotte Department Store's Daegu branch.
