The show home for IS Dongseo's Pentahills W Complex 1 — an apartment development planned for Block A2-1 of the Jungsan district in Gyeongsan, North Gyeongsang Province — drew roughly 27,000 visitors in the three days following its May 26 opening, a company sales official said. Apartment subscriptions open June 29 with special supply, followed by first-priority applications June 30 and second-priority applications July 1. Winners will be announced July 7, and contract signings are scheduled from July 20 to July 22. The show home is located in the Manchon-dong area of Suseong-gu, Daegu.
