E-commerce platform 11st said Thursday it ranked first in the e-commerce category of the 2026 Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI), extending its streak to 19 consecutive years since its service launch in 2008.
The KS-SQI is a standard service quality evaluation model jointly developed by the Korean Standards Association (KSA) and Seoul National University's Business School. It serves as a leading customer satisfaction index measuring the quality of domestic service industries.
11st attributed the recognition to differentiated customer experiences delivered through its express delivery service "Shooting Delivery" and its free membership program "11st Plus." Shooting Delivery is available to all customers with no monthly fee or minimum order requirement.
The company has also maintained steady support for sellers. In June, it opened an "11st Specialty Store" on JD Worldwide, a global platform run by Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com, under a strategic partnership, helping domestic sellers enter the Chinese market. The company also operates a seller support center called "Seller Zone," an AI-based sales analytics service "AI Selling Coach," and a seller-dedicated mobile app "Seller Office."
"We will continue to strengthen our service quality competitiveness by driving customer-centered shopping innovation and supporting seller growth," 11st President Park Hyun-su said.
